Lisa M. Dugas
Lisa Dugas joined Big Pine Consultants in February 2019 to add Cultural Resources and Archaeology services. With over 20 years of experience, she has led historic property and archaeology investigations across various locations throughout North America. Moreover, Ms. Dugas’ consulting experience has primarily focused on linear projects, including interstate transmission pipelines regulated by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and major transportation projects completed by PennDOT. Before embarking on her consulting career, she obtained her BA in Anthropology at the University of Pittsburgh and her MA in Anthropology at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
